Micklewood offers 36 self catering holiday homes each with up to five bedrooms ranging from standard 2-star to deluxe 4-star accommodation.
4-star accommodation comes complete with larger living space, flat screen TV, modern décor and dishwasher with four upstairs double bedrooms. All 2-star and 4-star houses include kitchen and dining area, lounge, shower, bathroom and separate WC with 2-star including a smaller living space and an additional bedroom downstairs.

Micklewood offers one disabled unit with specially designed kitchen, spacious and accessable shower room, ground floor double bedroom, easy ground level access and a parking bay directly outside the home. Micklewood is on one level allowing easy access for those with mobility restrictions.
Micklewood is located within the woodland grounds of Longhirst Hall, a beautifully designed 3-star hotel and conference centre. All Micklewood guests are welcome to dine or relax in the hotel and have complimentary use of the hotel’s fitness room and business centre with PCs and Internet access.
Micklewood guests can upgrade to a half board option, taking advantage of the Boyson restaurant which serves the finest food from Northumberland using seasonal produce from the region’s best suppliers.
